The quality of the products and services of NEPTUN is based on a unitary and complete concept, aimed at meeting the expectations and requirements of the clients.

NEPTUN S.A. has been working under ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance system since 1998.

Quality certification is performed in modern independent laboratories inside the company, verifying materials, toothing elements and gear cuts. Thus, NEPTUN products are delivered with

• material certificates according to SR EN 10204 3.1.B standard.
• heat treatment diagrams
• geometrical elements diagrams
• measuring elements

Final product certification is done on modern testing stands, where under-load tests up to 850 kW can be run. Thus, NEPTUN can provide test and check bulletins for:

• no-load running and on request under nominal load up to 850 kW running
• noise level tests
• working temperature tests
• other special checking, on clients request

Furthermore, our specialists are always at your disposal for products diagnostics or putting into conformity during the guarantee period and post guarantee.
